Creating Space for Creativity and Community:

This event goes beyond showcasing art—it is an opportunity for 100 Mile Arts Network to share its vision for a new community space to host workshops, professional development opportunities, and events designed to build stronger connections between artists and the community. Though open for a limited time after the opening, the team will work to have the gallery and boutique open more regularly through the spring and summer. This initiative is part of the Network’s ongoing mission to boost the local arts economy and foster tourism, while providing a platform for the region’s English-speaking artists. This event is made possible with the support of the Secrétariat aux relations avec les Québécois d’expression anglaise.

“Curating this exhibition has been what I call heart-work,” says event coordinator Jennifer Bisson. “It’s an honor and a delight to connect with artists from our vibrant region, including some I’ve known and collected from for over 15 years, alongside thrilling new discoveries. Each artist reflects the immense creative output of the Outaouais.”

The event is free and open to everyone. We’ll have light refreshments on hand, and we invite you to explore the gallery, meet the artists, and celebrate the incredible creativity of the Outaouais region. Join us!
