Alise Marlane is a musician and singer-songwriter with an eclectic contemporary folk-jazz repertoire of finger-style guitar and mandolin tunes. She is a past recipient of the Ontario Council of Folk Festival's (now FMA) Colleen Peterson Songwriting Award and was part of Canadian Folk Music Award nominated group Frida’s Brow. She's also a member of Canadiana/roots trio Paugan Dames.
